Surya Namaskar is also known as Sun Salutation. It is a gesture of showing gratitude to the sun. This workout is a set of 12 yoga asanas which bring your body, breath and mind together. So this type of workout should be performed in the morning, It reveals stress from your body and refreshes your mind, and you feel energetic throughout the course of the day.

Isn't it awesome to know what you haven't ever thought of...  😃😂😄... Seriously, Life is full of colors, joy, entertainment and more of adventure, and sometimes full of jokes. If I talk about my life style and workout then I must say it is something called Unique, Uniqueness at every moment... So I prefer to do tough jobs which are technical... I love to crack those. I had learnt and experience many things in my life during the journey and yet to explore more and inculcate new opportunities.

When we say work out as Exercise and yoga 🎯... It is really a good job, as exercise helps to maintain our fitness. Moreover, it helps from many diseases. My favorite is SURYA NAMASKAR  and meditation which are the best among all. keeps you fresh all the time.  It also helps in positive thinking, refreshes our mind, rejuvenates and indulge positive thoughts and give strength to a person and excludes, erases, and rule out the negativity among all. In other context going to gym daily is good to reduce weight and look young, smart, but then why not practice for meditation daily to get more energy, power and alot more.

There are six chakras in my human body. It helps a person to be Positive, energetic so Dream Big. As up's and down's are part of life... So try try try and  you may sometimes fail but you will learn something instead of fearing and not trying ... so don't fail to TRY.

it is not only just sitting and meditating. when you are happy or sad do meditate. It will result in peace, creativity, happiness amongst every one, success is all yours. You can meditate while walking, running, eating etc. but we all fail to do so.

A Journey to infinity... peace supreme power!

Starting a year with Lord's Blessings is so Grateful! Isn't it awesome...???


It's really amazing to visit a place full of positiveness, peace, enthusiasm, energy and full of supreme power. It is really awesome if you get a chance to visit such place. To learn about the past history is also quite interesting.

Prayer is the key that unlocks all doors.


Yes exactly, I am talking about a place where we get relaxed, where we can even talk to God about our worries and even recite prayers... even if we are happy or sad.
I am taking about Faith in God. It's like you have entered in heaven where you forget all your troubles, tensions, worries and just want to do seva for that supreme lord who had given you birth.

Last Sunday on New Year Eve, I got a chance to visit such place which is situated in Beas. The beas river is also like enjoying sitting near the river and watching the water passing bye. All you enjoy is sitting near by and more over Swami ji Maharaj had given a way to reach that supreme lord.

Open all doors of your own, help the person in need ...as it is said, Karni kr... pphal kiicha mat rakh. 
So what ever seva you get, where ever you get and whether it is small or big... just do it without any EGO... and leave every thing on HIM... Enjoy every moment and Thank the supreme lord for blessing you with that seva. DREAM BIG! Enjoy Life! as if every thing is just Awesome! 🙏
